555g Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the 555g platform (available at 555g.app and any associated mobile applications or services), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 555g platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 555g platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gambling regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling is 21 years. 555g strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 555g, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 555g platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

555g reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 555g platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. 555g is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555g login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 555g customer support immediately.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• You must provide a valid email address that you own and control.
• Usernames must not impersonate any person or entity.
• Accounts registered using false or fraudulent information will be terminated without notice.

555g supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your 555g account are held in a segregated player account. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 555g reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a verified account in the player's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• 555g does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds that have been used to satisfy bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn subject to the applicable bonus terms.

From time to time, 555g offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 555g reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed identity verification.

All games available on the 555g platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

All 555g games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer equipment that is regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 555g reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

• Bets placed after a game round has closed will not be accepted.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before wagering.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the decision of 555g's technical team, based on server-side records, shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555g platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 555g staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 555g platform without the prior written consent of 555g.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555g shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 555g has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

555g's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 555g account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 555g does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

555g reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at 555g's sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.

You may close your 555g account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

555g operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with applicable Philippine gambling laws and regulations.

555g reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
